Event Details
7th – 12th Grade Students are going to Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock for a one day conference designed to establish their faith and equip them to defend their faith. We will leave at 7:30 AM on Saturday and return around 8:30pm (we will text parents when we are on our way home).
 
Dates & Payment
February 14th – Sign up Form, Medical Information Form, and $35 due
February 28th – If the above 3 are not completed by February 15th, your student can still go (if we have room), but the cost will increase to $45
 
**Parents will need to sign a Medical Release before we depart.

Important Times to Remember & Packing List:
 
Depart: Saturday, March 2nd at 7:30am from Activities Building Parking Lot
 
Pickup: Saturday, March 2nd around 8:30pm (we will text parents when we are on our way home)
 
What to Pack:
  • Bible
  • Pen/Pencil & Journal
  • Optional: Breakfast for Saturday & Snacks
  • Optional: Money for Giftshop/Snacks/Extra Resources available at the Conference
 

Dress Code:

  • No tank tops, halters, spaghetti straps, translucent clothing, or apparel that exposes the midriff. 
  • Apparel displaying pictures, trademarks, or advertising of tobacco products, beer, alcoholic beverages, or controlled substances is prohibited. 
  • Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times outside of sleeping quarters.
  • Shorts, skirts, and dresses must be medium-length or longer.
  • Leaders will ask students to change if they feel their attire does not meet standards
