Dates & Payment
April 5th: Sign-up & $50 deposit due (Total Cost: $200)
April 16th: Fundraiser Lunch (Students who help benefit)
May 17th: Required Parent Meeting at 7:15 in the Youth Building
(Remaining Balance due at the meeting and Medical Form below MUST be completed BEFORE you come)
